Proposed Bylaws (Eventually Passed and Now Current Bylaws)
The board of directors pulled the wool over homeowners' eyes on this one. The requirement for the association's management company to be in the same county as the associations' residences had been in the bylaws since the inception of the association. The then-current board signed a contract with an out-of-county management company and then worked to get bylaws changed. This change was NOT among the changes highlighted in the association's lawyer's letter to residents. Why?
