Dear Edgewater Isle Residents,
Jim Newell has made statements that Master association must sue other associations. Suing other
associations is NOT an official position of the Master Board of Directors. Suing other
associations is only the opinion of Jim Newell.
Any lawsuits between associations will create huge costs to all residents of Edgewater Isle. The
cost of a lawsuit will be reflected by an increase in Master association dues. Please do not vote
for people that threaten lawsuits.
We are not writing this letter on behalf of any association. We are writing this letter on behalf of
ourselves as homeowners. We pay dues to the HOAs, and we want to keep costs down for all
homeowners. We want fairness and mutual benefit for all homeowners.
We want to get projects accomplished within budget. We want the asphalt project done
with minimal cost to all homeowners.
Please vote for Joe Txxxx for Edgewater Isle Master Board of Directors so that we can get the
asphalt project accomplished with minimal cost to all homeowners.
