Does North Association proactively fight infestations?
Our observation is that they don't. And they resent very much any homeowner who has this problem.
After being ordered by the San Mateo Superior Court 4 years earlier to clean up a rat infestation problem, another homeowner faced the same situation in 2010, and the board of directors ignored it again.
The homeowner requested reimbursement of the cost, and the HOA eventually reimbursed it, only for unknown reasons to place a stop payment on that reimbursement. The homeowner requested an explanation, which she never received.
