Master Association Changes Nature of the Submitted Petition
Homeowners submitted a petition to remove the block of 92 votes currently allotted to the HIP Human Investment Project owner. This 92-block vote gives an outsider more voting power than any single homeowner, and has recently changed the outcome of the election.

The purpose of this meeting is regarding a petition to amend the Association's By-Laws and Declarations pertaining to how Directors are elected to the Edgewater Isle Master Association. Attached is an explanation regarding this petition and the reasons behind this issue. This Meeting will be an informational Meeting to determine if there is a need to begin the process of any amendment for the purpose of a Membership Vote.
