Did Greener Reissue An Invoice To Cover for the Landscape Queen Chair?
We all know that vendors usually try to accommodate their clients. It appears that Greener Maintenance Services reissued an invoice to cover part of the Landscaping Fiasco Lie that was perpetuated, enabled, and funded by Kelly McGuirk, and ultimately the Board of Directors with their heads in the sand until they were caught.

How is Greener Maintenance Services' invoice dated 12/15/2005 a higher number (invoice 3259) than an invoice issued six weeks later on 2/1/2003 (invoice 3207)? Was this invoice reissued? Is this why Pelican Management "could not find" the invoice when it was requested? Why is the check dated the same day as the invoice?
Another player asleep at the wheel: the CPA auditor. Dates don't match. So much for an "audit." As long as the auditor is paid, do they really care?.
