Foreclosure auction sales more than doubled in San Mateo County in February over a year earlier, though they slowed somewhat from their blistering January pace, a new report revealed Monday.
Some 81 homes were sold at foreclosure auctions last month countywide, up 224 percent from February 2007, according to ForeclosureRadar.com, a Web site that tracks California foreclosure sales.
A 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse at 1609 Via Laguna is scheduled for foreclosure auction on February 27, 2008. Postponed to March 27, 2008 May 1, 2008 1:00 pm
