“Lois Frances Posner did willfully and unlawfully take, steal, and carry away certain personal property of Ross Store, San Mateo, a violation of Penal Code Sections 484/490.1, an infraction.”
Moxi Posner was convicted of stealing from Ross Stores in San Mateo. Lois Moxi Posner pleaded "nolo contendre" ("guilty"), and was fined $227. This conviction was expunged several months later.
