Latest charges: Four counts of stealing from Mervyn's

Self-described "homeowner advocate" Moxi Posner has been received her fifth theft conviction in San Mateo County Superior Court. Her latest conviction stems from a four-count charge of stealing from the now-defunct Mervyn's department store in Redwood City.
